Membership Qualification

To qualify as a member of the A's of Herts you only need to own a Mini or vehicle powered by an 'A series' engine. We are a socially active club with friendly members and an exciting calendar of events throughout the year.

Club Aims

The aim of the Club is to bring together like minded people to share information and advice on the problems that the Mini can cause you through its life. We try to attend other local clubs monthly meetings, as well as attending nearly all of the countrywide day and weekend events throughout the year and also organise annually our own National show We also take part in charity raising events.

So why join?

When you join you will be able to access our library of technical and mechanical information on the Mini. Club members also get discounts at various retail outlets throughout Herts, Beds and Bucks, which means cheaper new and second hand parts. Special rates are also available on your car insurance. This is your chance to meet other people with the same interests and have fun, as we experience many great weekends away all over the country which enhances your ideas for the natural progression of your car.

Subscription

The yearly subscription charge to join the A's of Herts is £10 with an additional joining fee of £6.50 for the first year to cover administration costs. When you join you will receive the following:

	A regular monthly magazine produced by the club informing you of all the future events and activities throughout the year including preferential entries to major events before the general public.
	A membership card
	The clubs car sticker
	An excellent club T-shirt with the club logo on the front.
	Free advertising space in the clubs newsletters and on the website.
	Discounted (or even free) tickets to events throughout the year.
	Access to cheap parts and car insurance.
	Free advice about your Mini from other members.

After five years of membership, you are entitled to the next two years membership free.

Family membership is available on request.
